Panting

A dog’s natural way of cooling down! Since dogs don’t sweat like humans, they regulate their body temperature by panting—breathing quickly with their tongue hanging out. It’s totally normal after exercise or on a warm day, but excessive panting (especially with drooling or weakness) could be a sign of overheating, stress, or even pain. For fluffy pups like Zoey, staying cool and hydrated is extra important!
